Meet the Founder – Chiho Saeki

Chiho Saeki, the founder of Shizen Remedies, was born and raised in Yokohama, Japan, and is a mother of three. She is a qualified psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, and professional essential oil therapist, with internationally recognized certifications.

Her journey into holistic healing began with her Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy and Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Counselling Skills, both accredited by the Royal College of Nursing and the Hypnotherapy Society. In 2016, she further expanded her expertise by enrolling in the Professional Essential Oils Therapy (PEOT) Diploma Course, which she completed in 2018.

Chiho’s PEOT qualification meets UK professional aromatherapy standards, including the National Occupational Standards (NOS), Open College Network Standards, and the National Qualification Framework (NQF). This course is specifically designed for:
